how to enter recovery mode (milestone)

any ching know how to root this new toy?
i try "x" + power cannot enter recovery mode

OK This is the correct steps for rom update mode:

>.Hold down the 'Camera' key and simultaneously press the power button
>.Continue to hold both buttons until you see a triangle symbol with an ! (exclamation point)
>.Release the 'Camera' and power button and now press both volume+ and the camera button -- you will then be presented with a menu

it is a way to hardware reset all things.... (sometimes when u are unable to power up the phone)

also, it is for upgrade the rom or flashing new rom
