excel: 找出沒有 duplicate 的項目

如何能找出 mary 是沒有 duplicate 的項目？

如果用 word，可以分兩個文件做比較，用 excel ，可以點做？

假設1: ann 至 tom 是儲存格A1 至 A6
假設2: 空白至david 是儲存格B1 至 B6

先選擇儲存格A1至B6

點選「常用」->「條件式格式設定」->「醒目提示儲存格規則」->「重複的值」->按一下「重複」的下拉式選單，選擇「唯一」->點選「確定」

儲存格A4 mary 便被紅色標示出來

Below is for English excel user interface:

Assumption 1: ann to tom are cells A1 to A6
Assumption 2: blank cell to david are cells B1 to B6

Select cells A1 to B6

Click “Home”->”Conditional formatting”->”Highlight Cells Rules”->”Duplicate Values”->click the drop down menu with the value “Duplicate”, change to “Unique”->click “OK”

Cell A4 with the value “mary” now has been highlighted in red
