UP-DATE #8 Alphacool HF 14 Livingstone Sockel 775/1366/1160
HF 14 Livingstone for Intel socket 775, 1366 and 1160
The proven and powerful cooling design of the popular NexXxos XP X² Highflow and the looks of the XP bold waterblocks is uniquely combined in this new waterblock. the advantages of both waterblocks were combined using the ''rock solid'' all-metal build of the XP and the popular mounting method of the Bold series, making the waterblock fully visible without being obstructed by a separated mounting plate. The outstanding cooling performance and low flow resistance was also sustained in this waterblock, again using a highly pure copper baseplate and 54 single nozzles to ensure perfect distribution of flow and cooling performance while resulting in low flow resistance.
The features:
- Outstanding cooling power for all processors from Intel ® and AMD ®
(A version for AMD CPUs will be available soon)
- High flow rates of up to 4,7 liters per minute
All-metal design:
- Top made from brass, sandblasted and nickel coated
- Middle plate completely made from brass, clear lacquer protected against tarnishing
- Mounting plate integrated into the middle plate
- Electrolytic copper baseplate with Pin-structure (completely covering the CPU core) with highly plane underside, Pin structure sandblasted
The Pin structure of the cooling plate was furthermore improved and redesigned for the newest CPU generations
Useful and safe mount: The mounting screws are protected from accidental loosening with a high counter-nut and lock washer. The high nut can easily be tightened by hand. the screw is simply secured with the included Allen key when tightening the nut. This makes installation with pliers and screwdriver obsolete which could easily damage the Mainboard when slipped.
High grade build quality made in Germany.
