It seems there is a condition ...
"網上購物時，以livi Debit Mastercard®付款可享8%現金回贈（1%購物現金回贈 + 額外7%網上購物現金回贈）；每月最高可獲HK$300"

As such, the rebate has been capped at $3750 (8%, $300).  For ipad pro (say, $8-10K+), it seems using HSBC Red (first $25,000 at 4%; then 1% ... unlimit) is a better option.

Example:
ipad pro 12.9", 256GB, WiFi+Cellular = $10699
AppleCare+ = $1049
Using HSBC Red
Reward cash = $11748 x 0.04 = $469.92

However if we're talking about ipad air ($7K+), the rebate of using livi/hsbc red might be more or less the same.
