其實d IC名有無意思?

今日做lab用軟件, 要搵d gate出黎
唔知part number真係唔知點嘔出黎.....
其實呢d part number 有無意思?
74 -> 一邊7隻腳 with total 4 gates?
LS -> low true/high true thing?
138 -> "3" to "8" multiplexer??

74 is the TTL series, first used by TI (Texas Instrument). LS is the low power schottky TTL series. AS is advanced low power schottky series.
