Windows 10 build 14959 introduces the Unified Update Platform

it will reduce download size on PCs. Updates have been compressed into differential download packages that contain only the changes necessary for your device as compared to having the full build installed. According to the post, PC users will be noticing this change more than any other device since the download has been decreased about 35% in size.


最主要係減少左update file 既size. 可以慳左時間同download bandwidth
