You'll have to harvest older components and older tech in order to have full W7 compatibility

Pretty much most components available currently are W10 only...
If however you're lucky you may still be able to find those older MB models, for example

Alternatively, you can die trying to find used but compatible components at New Capital

Yes, even if it's possible, M$ may ban Winblows Update with newer processors and so on, which is a real PIA

新不代表好, 和不代適合, 我買部32GB ram既新机連埋Win10, 我都第一時間洗左, 裝個Win7先至開始用, 我個Win7在各方面都可以比Win10快N倍.
