nod32 v2.7 Remote Administrator Server Upgrade to 3.0

i am using NOD32 v2.7 Remote Administrator Server, as the conficker problem, I want to upgrade the server and antivirus client to v3.0. But when i installing the Remote Administrator Server, it failed......Is it cannot do such upgrade????

as seen in your log, you were trying to install RAS 3.039.
Actually, you do not need to update your RAS.
You only need to update the NOD32 client, from 2.7 to 3.0.xxx.
