My new System. Need help suggesting on better air flow ventalition?

I bought a new system yesterday.

Intel i7 2600K CPU
Zotac z68 ITX Motherboard
Cosair Venegeance 8GB PC 1600 C8 (2 x 4GB)
ADATA S511 120GB SSD Hard Disk SATA 3(Drive C)
Western Digital 1TB Hard Disc 64mb Cache SATA 3 (Drive D)
Pioneer 24X DVD-R/RW DL (Black)
Antec TP-550 (Cable Management)
Lian-Li Mini-Q Case (PC-Q08) Black
Windows 7 Ultimate Boxset (will be running 64bit)

Bought from Centralfield.

I need help suggesting how to improve airflow.   It is pretty decent now but I have been thinking if the fan on the power supply should be facing out of the case on the side or is it better to face down over the CPU Heatsink?   There is no fan at the back of the power supply.

There is a fan in the front of the case and there is also a fan on top of the case.

At the side of the case there are just holes for air to get out but no fan.  The guy at Centralfield's customer service Center said that the fan on the power supply facing the side of the case is better.    What do you think?   Facing the side of the case or facing down over the CPU heatsink?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Since you are all on about improving airflow, I will absolutely turn the power supply around (i.e. the fan open facing inside, rather than the case panel). Just another fantastic demonstration that sales reps' advice won't yield much benefits, if there were any to begin with.

I will also switch the fans both at the front and at the top-rear to a higher rpm model. This will increase the volume of airflow.

See if you can install an additional fan on the side to bring in some more air. You may have to look for a slim model to fit the tiny space in there. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to seal that area to give a (potentially) less interrupted airflow.

All the best.

Unless the exhaust port of the power supply is inside the case, of what benefit would there be to air flow or to cooling of the components by flipping the intake port around?
