As somone of you know that apart for the Nexus One, I also have the Palm Pre.
Well I have had the Palm Pre since last year and to honest, I really like the phone.
It is small, fits perfectly in my pocket and when held it is so comfortable. The design is fantastic.
The person who designed the iPhone made the Palm Pre. The CPU and GPU in the Palm Pre is the same as the iPhone3Gs. That is why 3D games are just as good in the Palm Pre like how they are for the iPhone3G.
My Palm Pre is from Germany and it is 100% unlocked. I am using the phone with 3HK unlimited data plan. My Nexus One is using SmarTone-Vodafone unlimited data.
Here are some of the pictures of my Palm Pre.

From day 1 I had put the Invisible shield on the Palm Pre. I was worried that it may not work well if I put the phone on the touchstone but it has not been a problem. Normally I don't put the invisible shield on the screen surface but in the case of the Palm Pre I had no option since the screen protector is not easily found in Hong kong.
Palm Pre just launched some 3D games like Need for Speed and many others in January 2010. Apart for all the things mentioned above, the other thing that I really like about the Palm Pre is that it is not that common in Hong Kong. It is not like the iPhone 3G or the Nexus One where many people are carrying it around.
It is just one of a kind. |
