粒1045T係2年前買的, 當時配上MSI 770T-C45 超過去3GHz, 但拿左出去廳5000 開四核黎用;
當時係呢到一個師兄買左塊970板, 但懶等左成年先上機:

AMD 1045T (1.425v)
SuperTalent Hynix chips DDR3 4G x2 (1.65v)
Antec 480w
AMD 5770 512MB DDR5
XiFi 64MB PCI
Cooler Master Hyper-TX with Compaq server fan
Enermax 機箱

起先用呢塊覺得好難超, 好多時都失敗,就算用番MSI的設定都唔得, 最多都係3GHz 就上唔到去, 用左半年慢慢摸熟, 終於得見成果:

其實冇乜問題
我之前用ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX
加粒1055T
用1.4V電都係只可以穩行到3.85Ghz

我都有過一粒肥龍1045T 95W, 長行3.6G
夾Asrock Icafe 870 R2.0 $580 三年前買
幾個月前順利過渡 Fx8320

我以前粒1045T一樣有電壓不準問題
果陣係用MA785GT-UD3H,一樣都係1.42V,但只能穩行3.51GHZ

如果師兄想再超上去 是好 ram降頻 唔好谷ram住
睇住NB個hz同HT 個Hz
再要被電被nb 通常我會由1.2v被電被到1.25v 咁對超bus clock有D幫助
我見唔少人玩1055T bus clock上 300

經過一番努力, 3.9Ghz達成, 300 x 13, 1.45v~
