連recovery都做唔到,拎上去三叔度叫佢幫我攪...
點知佢就話我自己鏟o左,還原就要俾$150...
大佬,我部機重係保養期...而且重係用用o下無啦啦咁,冇o野呀?
vista又冇跟碟,都要擺底俾佢整o架啦...
點知佢o地話clone個image都要4個working days...
即係4日唔駛開工...
人o地lenovo都有特快維修,hp都係clone image都係2日左右...
人o地保養內都唔收錢...
但三叔又要收錢,又要做得耐...

Some of Low-End Notebook from Lenovo such as G410 does not provide recovery disk.
On the other hand, the machine cannot build the recovery disk with the all the bundled software as well.
Besides, I had tried to burn the recovery disk for my friends. They always lost the disks while I need them ????
If you had the experience for purchasing branded PIII PC, there has around 4-5 CDs bundled with the system. Most of the disks are useless and waste.
However an OEM receovery disk should be provided from manufacturer either bundled with sytem or downloaed via internet is necessary.

其實跟唔跟碟,唔係一個問題...
最大問題係保養期內提供o既service同feedback time...
clone個image要4日?

現在high-end notebook都會無recovery disk的. Thinkpad T series夠高吧! 我兩部都無碟的,不過可以自已燒 - 在Recovery program裏已有option去自已做一套

As what i had said, they do not even give a user an option for burning the recovery disk by themself. IT IS ALLOWED THE USER FOR RESTORE THE SYSTEM ONLY. Probably they only provided such option for high-end machine.
I had tried Lenovo G410, I had encounted this problem. Even the machine is bundled with an Windows Installation disk. Not an recovery disk. After an HARD DISK CRASH, you MAY re-install Windows and the proper drivers. However one-touch recovery ( NOVO key ) will never worked since you cannot find the program thru Lenovo supporting web site.

How could Samsung prove that this is not an hard disk / machine problem ?

佢收你$$ 都唔係佢地既問題,只係其他公司好唔收$$, 因為廠機既保養條款係只包硬件,軟件一概都唔包...
