Looking good.
Most of games will run smoothly at 4K, but a few games, eg Cyberpunk 2077 and Dying Light 2, running below 60 FPS at 4K.
Do u have to build a pc right now?
If not, then wait for RTX 40 Series which will launch in the second half of 2022. RTX 40 Series are expecting to do better performance over RTX 30 Series a lot
Another main reason for waiting is the price of graphic cards still falling, too early to have one of them. "Asus says its RTX graphics cards could be up to 25 percent cheaper starting form 1st April 2022"
Anyway, making decision by yourself for buying or not.
