This is why I believe that people in Hong Kong can easily afford to pay $6000 for mobile phone.
A phone that can easily be ordered for $4500 from Google and can be delivered in a week, people are willing to buy them for $6000 just to get it 1 week before.
For the people who are selling the Nexus One at Yahoo Auction is a good profit. $1500 is a good profit. All is needed is to fool one person to buy the Nexus One locally.

For alot of people who have alot of cash $6000 is nothing to spend on Yahoo Auctions.
I know many guys buy things from retails stores on credit card payment.
Not sure if these guys at Yahoo Aucitons are going to pay cash or credit card. I think most likely cash.
Times have changed. $6000 for a phone that is worth only $4000 is easily being sold.
And we complain that Sony Ericsson X10 is going to sell for $8000. Lol!!!

Is anyone here who ordered the Nexus One on 5th Jan 2010, going to sell the phone at Yahoo Auctions? Better do it fast as people will soon find out that they are nuts to even consider buying the phone for $1500 more than what the phone is being officially sold for online.
The aucitons only started yesterday. Many guys seems interested to buy it off.
