只要係Android 裝個free 既 SMS Backup, 做一次backup，過往的SMS 全部會backup係Gmail 內以SMS 這個tag 去標籤。

Well, for ppl who don't have wifi at office and home, office especially.

3.5G access need $$, my office desktop doesn't.

how about I want to cache Google map or go market at China?
There are many cases that one might wants to go "Cloud" without 3G/WiFi.
I really prefer it can. You don't need it, then fine, it is just a useless function.
