No, here's why:
Most image writers make use of dd, but dd doesn't work on UEFI Windows isos (especially w10, w11).
To write a UEFI Windows iso to a disk, you should be using Ventoy or WoeUSB. IMO, I use Ventoy bc WoeUSB breaks dependencies on my system.
