陶咗粒i7 9700T，行Windows冇問題，但行Linux就boot唔到

本身諗住買黎裝Unraid, 但試咗三塊板都boot唔到，但行Windows 10就三塊板都冇事。呢三塊板換落另外一粒i7 8700T就boot到Unraid (Unraid係行Linux)

裝到Windows 10, 做過24個鐘頭memtest64都冇error, Windows 10 都run過AIDA64, Super Pi, Prime95，冇hang機。

除咗Unraid, 用USB 手指試咗其他Linux, 如Ubuntu, MX Linux, Debian 都失敗。

用開Unraid黎做 backup sever, 但唔係好熟Linux, 我呢個情況係粒CPU壞定係Linux kernel唔support呢粒U呢？

有冇邊一隻live 推介？ 我已經試咗 好多Linux based 嘅， 如Ubuntu, MX Linux, Debian 都失敗。
MemTest86 run 超過24小時都冇error, 好多Windows 行到嘅燒機app 都run 過，宜家試下24小時 Prime 95.

Ubuntu, MX Linux, 都係boot嘅時候停咗，最底有句“ end Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine halted”嘅野

試下 Arch Linux , 每個月1號佢都會更新 Live CD iso(包括 Kernel)。

奇怪的問題:
what is your problem when try to boot by live cd iso (which distro).
where is the process stop
any error message

I've tried the following Linux
Ubuntu (stopped with  “ end Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine halted)

MX Linux (stopped with  “ end Kernel panic - not syncing: Machine halted)

Debian: (hang in the GUI at the installation progress %bar)

可能你真係 hit 到 jackpot. 板, U, ram, 手指 可能唔夾, i think it is more hardware problem than software.

用最新版本的 Linux kernel 5.5+ 有可能認到粒處理器。

等我今晚試下，仲有幾個鐘粒U就run咗 Prime95 24小時，仲未hang機哈哈。

there are something you can try :
update bios,
use another usb flash drive,
just check from distrowatch, manjaro is using kernel 5.6 i think it is the most update.

8th gen (Coffee Lake) iGPU is fully supported. 9th Gen is not but should be when UnRAID moves to 6.8.x.

如果用IGP, 要Linux 4.20 Kernel

there was another recent thread related to 9th gen intel, it may or may not apply to you but iirc, the 4.20 kernel was needed

Ubuntu 18.10係跟4.18 Kernel, 唔夠新

原來Unraid有隻beta行5.5.8kernel, 終於成功入到Unraid!!多謝各位師兄幫忙！！！！

其實用咗Unraid 做backup server好多年，貪佢易起，同埋可以用唔同size hdd 黎setup，system係save喺條usb度，正常情況下，任何x86/x64機都可以run (我之前試過五-六部機行Unraid, 今次係第一次boot唔到機，可能用舊少少cpu + 底板比較穩陣）

以前Unraid多數用舊硬件黎砌，但近年好多人用好強嘅硬件黎起Unraid黎玩VM 加 GPU passthrough. 有心機玩，真係好多野玩。
