玩左一陣, 未搞得掂
之後走左去試NFS, 但係又唔想0係WINDOWS裝野, 因為USER一定搞唔掂
咁我係咪只可以返去繼續研究SAMBA?

我諗住求其SET D USERNAME/PWD 就算喇
仲有咩特別野要注意?
暫時我都係0係UBUNTU開SAMBA SERVICE, 用VM WINXP做CLIENT
日標0係俾D FD當FILE SERVER用(ON DEMEND ONLY)
試過開FTP, 時得時唔得, 又要用CMD/DATA PORT咁煩, 最後都係諗SAMBA
BTW, PORT既問題, 令我發現個ROUTER既PORT FW廢廢地, 要用只可以開DMZ (我用的是LINKSYS WRT54GC, 搞一輪FIRMWARE都係FAIL..唉...)

In smb.conf, remember to apply "user" as authentication mode.
For the port forwarding problem of your router, see if you can flash Tomato/ DD-WRT or other 3rd party firmware on to it... As I know that the official firmware really sucks (I am using Linksys WRT54G, with Tomato, works great).
