你塊底板是什麼Model? 不過應該 Module 同 id 一齊睇 ..

I guess different model of motherboard has different layout so it would best to consult the service manual of your specific model.

I am not familiar with Sun's machine (I only played with the SparcStations and very old Ultras, pulled out from junk yard ) but in my opinion Sun has very good documentation for their products (and they are available online too) .
