理論上係可以in place upgrade
不過通常唔建議, 有時會有莫明其妙問題e.g.炒GPO

Seriously though, why are you so obsessed with such system upgrade? What's the point? Or you're just jumping on the bandwagon for no valid reason (other than sales pitch etc.) ??

Which part of the computer is dead? The MB?
Have you considered having the MB fixed at New Capital? If such repair is successful then you've save a lot of trouble rebuilding your system etc. etc......
