升左上 1809？每次大更新後都係會無左記錄，因為佢係當 Upgrade Windows 咁升上去

That depends on how old
Same thing goes to w7 or even older
Afterall, the Winblows Update History can take a lot of space upon accumulation, which is why sometimes its cache needs to be purged
Maybe w10 is purging such update history cache automatically?
