我裝過 Windows 10, 如果同一部機可以上網下載個file整入隻 usb度
就可以唔使入 key 就可以啟動 windows ,
我想問如果有一部 windows 8.1的notebook
是否同一個方法, 同一部機裝就唔使入key都可以啟動?

I don't think so
With the infamous w10 upgrade it's all about digital entitlement using your existing w7/8.x keys
If however you need to (re)install w8.x then a valid (and genuine) key is required for activation, and that you'll be prompted to enter the key during installation
Correct me if I'm wrong

部機出廠時係跟 Windows 8.x 嘅話就已經有 key 內置喺底板度
