早前因死HDD，買過新HDD重裝WINDOWS 7 SP1，裝好後，想開某圖片檔案，但顯示了"Windows 相片檢視器無法開啟此圖片 因為您沒有存取此檔案位置的正確權限"的問題。
亦試過上網搵方法解，
但都不成功。
