not always. Axxxx ssd seems have problem faster in hkepc

I prefer Kingston. It has better compatibility and reliability. And it has nothing to do with 2D / 3D NAND

3d nand其實唔止一年,最早係*** V-NAND投入市場,然後到IMFT,toshiba
so far 3D NAND其實冇問題,只係IMFT第一代32L 3D NAND效能冇咁好,2nd gen 64L就大有改善

A400 is dram less design
according to IMFT document ( SU650 using IMFT 3D NAND), 3D NAND can provide better reliability than 2D TLC
SU650 would be faster in theory. But there are not much comparison and review for reference so it is difficult to make decision .
I am also looking for one of them for my upgrade

Ram N年前 Kingston is better。
近幾年Ram / SSD，Kingston已成過去。
