話說小弟尋日買左隻某達代理既240GB 貼住MLC Chip 的SSD

但一開箱裝機check 先發現係 TLC
各位買左呢隻SSD 既朋友唔該check 清楚

佢地都唔知呢隻唔係MLC 喎
但我想帶出一樣野係呢隻型號唔少人因為佢話係MLC 而買但後來發現原來唔係MLC 囉

唔知唔緊要, 你唔寫明係MLC 冇人會怪你, 但你貼到明係MLC 就唔好俾人踢爆唔係MLC 先話原來唔係 囉

佢地話退錢或加錢換型號 (佢俾既價仲貴過我出去買)
但換唔到同樣係MLC 既 XXD+ 因為佢地都唔肯定邊隻係MLC 喎

雖然MLC普遍係指2-bit Cell
但字面上只要唔係single都係Multi, 佢又冇寫明2-bit

但電子盤反應依然係硬碟最少10倍.

山敵屎擺明唔講用咩料等自己可以隨時換料. 最好奇邊個畫蛇添足, 網絡早幾個月已唱通天隻 plus 仔換藥.

Is the label the ONLY info the customer knowing the kind of chip used throughout the whole package?

WHO sticked the label?

If it is sticked by Sandisk and Sandisk did not tell XXXXXX the chip changed, it is Sandisk's responsibility.

If it is sticked by Sandisk and Sandisk told XXXXXX the chip change AND asked XXXXXX to correct the label, it is XXXXXX's responsibility.

If it is sticked by XXXXXX and Sandisk DID NOT tell the chip change, to a great extent, it is Sandisk's responsibility.(The agent in this situation is very passive, they rely on the manufacturer's info.)

If it is sticked by XXXXXX and Sandisk told them the chip change, it is XXXXXX's responsibility.

In fact, there is an Official annacement from WD(SanDisk's manufacturer) in late Jun this year about the use of TLC for Sandisk SSD PLUS

似乎係台灣 SanDisk/WD 分公司自己的宣佈，總公司並冇對公眾正式發新聞稿，多個著名英文電腦網站都冇報道過

唔使理邊個貼, 舖頭叫你直接搵代理唔好信, 點對點銷售,
你投訴/報警都係直接搵舖頭, 舖頭同(進貨)代理之間的問題佢地自己處理/另行立案

如果有人話MLC哩個名詞在一年前係xxxx咁解, 但一年後係yyyy咁解,
唔使理佢, 叫佢同個官講

提多樣, 在哩D情況, "只能在同店換其他等價(或補錢)產品", 其實都係唔使理......最緊要唔好怕事.....

早幾日先係第二個 post 講完

mlc 全名 Multi-Level Cell, 只係大家一箱情願當佢 2 bit cell
technically, tlc (triple-Level Cell) 都係 multi 既一種
嚴格來講, 無論比 2 bit or 3 bit cell 都係無違反商品說明條例

SanDisk SSD Plus 最早期係用MLC, 後期已經轉左做TLC, 不單止NAND轉左, 而係連主控都轉埋, 可以話已經完全係兩樣唔同野黎

菠蘿形容外觀
字面上亦無話 contain 菠蘿
但 mlc 係確切指 multi level cell, 三叔都叫自己 tlc 做 3bit mlc

早兩日都有講

ssdz 係唔識測 mlc or tlc 的, 佢只係用預先人手入好 database show 返 info 出來之麻
ssdz 網站都有講, 重話, 如果果 database 無 or 錯, 幫手 update 返 tim

Are the details for your SSD not being shown, or are they incorrect, then please help out. Within SSD-Z, make sure the SSD in question is selected, then go to the Submit tab. Now fill in any comments you may have, and add your email if you wish. Then submit the data to the online database.

it seems ... there is no software in the market that is able to check the 'true' spec (technology, NAND, etc.) of a given ssd
