Hold the gear icon (second button on bottom left of the keyboard)

但係 set 唔到全螢幕手寫，只係得框框手寫，想要全螢幕，所以 ching 知點 set 嗎？

I unfortunately couldn't find that option either.
Your best bet is to download another keyboard.
