got 30mm f1.4 and 85mm f1.4. now i need 50mm prime lens. but which one should i get
ZF 50mm f1.4
ZF MP 50mm f2
nikon AF-S 50mm f1.4
sigma 50mm f1.4
nikon AF 60mm F2.8
nikon AIS 55mm micro
i need sharpness and creamy bokeh~

1.4's Dof is very thin, i dont use it most of the time. i use f2 onwards. so f 1.4/f2 matters not

i don't know but P50 1.7 is a very sharp lens from the reviews... even wide open

personally im not a big fan of ultra thin dof. so i only look at f2.8-8 performace
zeiss 50.4 seems quite nice in that range.

no la, i need to see more samples. like the ZF 85mm f1.4 i regrert buying. the AFD is slightly better in terms of IQ and yet it has AF

睇實拍，同埋聽d老前輩既意見
老實講我自己唔係nikon人，但都係晌一位我自己好尊敬既nikon老前輩口中得知NOCT 58/1.2夜之眼既由來，加上晌網上面搵過既一d資料同實拍，呢支鏡並唔係MTF graph所講既咁差
而且，睇MTF既話，A16都可以砌低好多鏡，但事實又並唔係咁

i also notice that. but 58 1.2 is $3000+......USD

The sharpest 50mm is probably the Ai-S 50/1.8 (made in Japan one, not the later Made in China version).
It has a very flat field curvature too, so edge sharpness is good even for FX.
The Noct is very good for portrait too, bokeh is very nice. Too bad it cost so much now!
