Sorry for new post as it cannot reply
If i not upgrade the RAS, i cannot install the client though remote installation as i need install to about 130 PCs (i am using 140 clients Business licence) in the network....
v2.7 RAS only accept exe extenion as setup file.... but v3.0 is msi..........so...upgrade is a must...
*all PC already set connect to remote administration server and there are no domain in network....

ok. we understand your situation now.
we will try to help you solve the problem of upgrading the RAS and RAC first, by sending your log file to ESET.
I think if you can upgrade the RAS and RAC, all your problems should be solved.
Would you pls PM your email address to me? (Together with your NOD32 username or serial number).

Oh by the way, we suggest that you try fresh installation of RAS and RAC first.
Which means:
1. uninstall the your RAS and RAC by using "Add/Remove programs"
2. restart the server
3. manually delete the "ESET Remote Administrator" folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET
4. reinstall the latest RAS and RAC
