1. Power off all mobile devices.

2. Power cycle the WiFi router, and all network switches, access points, etc.

3. Wait for 5 minutes, then reboot the Magic TV via Settings -> System -> Reboot.  Then make sure it can access the Internet by checking the News and Weather function.

4. Power on your mobile devices.
